What commercial window film does for your building

Lower cooling costs

Solar control film rejects a large share of solar heat, easing HVAC load in sun-facing suites and evening out hot and cold zones.

Glare-free workspaces

Cut screen glare in open-plan offices and conference rooms without blacking out the view or the daylight your tenants pay for.

Safety, security & anti-graffiti

Security film holds shattered glass in place; sacrificial anti-graffiti film protects storefront glass from etching and tagging.

Privacy, frosted & branded film

Frosted and decorative films add privacy to conference rooms and glass partitions, and can carry your logo or wayfinding graphics.

We install films from Solar Gard by Saint-Gobain, Huper Optik, Avery Dennison, Madico, Johnson Window Films, Edge Window Films.

Commercial window film questions, answered

How much does commercial window tinting cost?

Cost depends on square footage, film type, glass access and whether work happens during or after business hours. We provide a free on-site survey and a written line-item proposal — no charge and no obligation.

Which areas do you serve for commercial work?

We are based at 6355 Scarlett Ct Ste 8, Dublin, CA 94568 and cover commercial properties throughout the Tri-Valley and East Bay, including Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore, Danville, Walnut Creek, Concord, Lafayette, and the wider San Francisco Bay Area.

Can you install without shutting down our business?

Yes. We routinely work after hours, on weekends, or floor by floor so tenants and customers are not disrupted. We agree the schedule with your property or facilities manager before we start.

Will window film work on our existing dual-pane or Low-E glass?

In most cases, yes — the correct film has to be matched to the glass type to avoid thermal stress or seal issues. Matching film to glazing is part of our survey, which is why we specify before we quote.

Does commercial window film reduce energy bills?

Solar control film reduces solar heat gain through the glass, which lowers cooling demand in sun-exposed areas. Savings depend on your glazing, orientation and HVAC system, and we can share performance data for the film we specify.

Is the work licensed and insured?

Yes. We are a licensed California contractor (CSLB #1135467), bonded and insured, and Diamond Certified. Certificates of insurance are available for your building requirements.
